Corps Meetings Official meetings of the Corps of Virginia Gentlemen are held quarterly, at every board meeting of the Virginia Jaycees. New colonels can find out about Corps etiquette by reading the "Tips for New Recruits" document, lovingly created by Supreme Commander Sherry King. All colonels are expected to attend each meeting, or else to beg the Supreme Commander's forgiveness by filling out the "Excuse Me" Waiver form.
